Some of you may already know about this, but I just noticed it today.
On dietfacts.com there is a button under the nutrition facts of any item that copies the info straight to your custom foods list on fitday.com !
That means you don't have to rely on fitday's innacurate and limited database, and its a lot easier than adding everything custom...
