diet!!!!!!!!!

OK,

I'm now entering my sixth week of sust, equipose, and winny. I started the winny the 4th week. I want to become leaner and more vascular. I have good size, but cant seem to get lean enough for the veins to start popping. How should my diet consist of with those goals?

If you are looking to cut up then a typical diet would be low fat, high protein and low-moderate carbs. Try to avoid sugars except for post workout when simple carbs a a must tp replenish glycogen. Cardio is also very important so if you are cuting then I would do cardio 3-5 times a week for 30-40min/Day in the morn. Let me know if you would like any more help and I can go into further detail

Mustang is that cardio done before consuming calories or after....
also......do you do your EC stack before the cardio that early on an
empty stomach?

I do it an hour after I get up because I like to wait for the E/C/A to take effect. Now I just do the same thing minus the Ephedrine as it is killer on my anxiety

BTW...I do not eat anything before. After I have 5g's of L-Glutamin and 1/2 hour after I have breakfast
