It's my 3rd week. 500 mg of test e weekly. 250 mg Monday and Thursday. 50 mg of winny ED. My diet has been poor and I feel like I've been wasting my time and gear. I know it's all in the diet. Someone please tell me how many carbs, protein, and total calories I need daily.... I'm 25 years old and weigh 178. I Lift 5 days a week. Around 10% BF.
