Hello everyone.As summer is over, and i hit the gym with great intensity again can someone give me some examples on what to eat and when on the bulking cycle?
I dont want to go back to eat whatever i find beacuse at the end i start to cut and dont make it on time beacuse i dont have much time. Ah and i am natural not on juice.
