My name is Bobby, me and my wife are both looking for a good diet to put on weight. We just started working out this week using the 5x5 program. I am 27 years old 145 pounds looking to gain alot of muscle, i would love to put on atleast 50 pds or more. My wife is 5'7" 110 pounds and she would like to put on 20 lbs or muscle, in all the right places of course lol. Anyways we just need a good diet, time to make the food/ cost of food is no issue because i work from home.
