Diet tips. If you could give two, what would they be?

The moment ham touches your mouth, during the holidays, you'll instantly gain 5lbs.

When you're most susceptible to falling off your diet, there will be a free pizza party, regardless of wether you work or not.

:FRlol: I'm so in diet/training mode .. I immediately think WTF, ham.. i.e. hamstring ... touching mouth? who's mouth ? what the? :rolleyes:

Drink at least your body weight in water daily (i.e. 160 lbs = 160 oz)

ANd dont be stupid and eat shit you know you shouldnt.
 
I guess I should add some.

1) Little things add up over time (i.e. taking the stairs instead of the elevator).

2) 'Any nobody gonna give yah nothing. If you want it, you have to work for it.'
