Ok im still trying to figure out how i am going to grow with out taking in 6000 calories. But here is what i ate today.

Breakfast (1 pm i work nights)
Oatmeal and 2 Slices of Whole Wheat Double Fiber Toast.
Protein Shake

Lunch (5pm)
2 Cheeseburgers from Culvers (my bother got them for free)

Workout (6:30pm - 7:45 pm)
Protein Shake 7:55pm

Hunger Sets in (8:45pm)
2 lean Hamburgers

More hunger (9:45pm)
2 Eggs

Now (11:30)
Salad With vinegret dressing

Try to follow the frame work we have of:

1st Solid Meal

a1) shake later

2nd Solid meal

a2) Shake later or post workout

3rd Solid meal


meal 2 and 3 should ALWAYS be a double potion of meat/protein

also after 2 week if you just need more food Add ONE more shake if you must.

also your shakes can be large., add Peanut butter to stave of cravings

you ARE getting enough food whether you believe so or not :artist:
 
it just seems, that i am hungry all the time. I just pounded down some chicken breasts, and no i am going to bed. Hopefully my knee is good enough to do legs tommorow. I hit the jump a lil to fast and cleared the table top and slammed down on my left knee.
