most diet pills work by speeding up your metabolism (amount of calories you burn) which helps put you in calorie deficit. If you are bulking, you want to have a calorie surplus to put on weight. There is nothing majical in those pills that targets fat loss, they just speed up your metabolism to promote weight loss.
In other words I wouldn't do it unless you only take them right before a workout to enhance strength/endurance and are able to eat the extra calories to bulk with.
