I've been taking clen (2wks) and t3's as well as dieting, and I'm gaining weight (a few pounds). My workout routine has changed a bit in the past month, For each exercise I'm generally doing 5 sets of 12-15.
Typical workouts:
Chest- Flat bench, or dumbbell press, incline, flies (cable or dummbell)
Shoulders - front and lateral raises (cable or dumbbell), upright rows, military press...
Is it feasible to think that I'm gaining muscle mass and thus adding the pounds, even while on clen?
