Diet on PCT while running IGF-1/T3/Slin/Clen

outsized

New member
I will be starting PCT soon with the usual HCG & Nolva regimen. I will also be running the following:

IGF-1 at 40mcg/day
T3 at 20mcg/day
Slin at 6-8iu post workout
Clen at 80mcg/day

I will be coming off a cutting cycle. My next cycle will be a bulker. I am currently eating around 1800 clean calories per day and am concerned about putting on fat if I increase my food intake significantly during PCT.

My goal during PCT is to retain muscle, keep fat off and, if possible, add some LBM.

My question is: what kind of diet will I need to follow to achieve this?

I am currently 176lbs at 6% BF.

Thanks!

If I were you, I would increase caloric intake to at least weight x 12 during PCT, drtop the slin, and cycle the clen from 30mcg up to 80mcg and down. I also suggest some clomid, since it seems you only have nolva & HCG in there.

Thanks for your response...

- Why no slin? Shouldn't the IGF-1, clen & T3 keep the fat off?
- Also, won't these three compounds allow me to take in more calories than you have suggested without putting on too much fat?
- Is IGF-1 still effective on such a low calorie diet?

Cheers!

Usually yes, but most studies say that clen+T3 increase the metabolic rate at about 10%, IGF no real proof....I wouldn't run slin PCT just for the fear of fat gain

sure, that's why I said at least weight x12 :)

yes it is...I hope you're running receptor grade :)
