Curious to know if I'm doing this all wrong... My diet on my work out days is pretty solid... Usually up to 4k calories and 350-400 grams protein. However on my off days I'm not as consistent in keeping up with it as I am on work out days. I am probably eating about 3k calories and 250-300 grams protein per day on those 2 days when I don't work out. Based on the fact they are "recovery" / rest days is it just as important to consume the same amount of food on those days as well?
