i dont train on wednisdays but my diet is usually pretty good
but on the weekends sat, and sunday when im not training my diet suffers heavily. i end up eating maybe 3 times a day, and all my cheat meals r eaten at this time.
i pretty much eat whatever i want on the weekend, including friday nite. do u thinkk this greatly effects my progress.. do u think eating flawlessly on the weekends would help my success??
how many times to do u cheat a week?
i usually cheat at least 3 times a week latley it has been higher..and the holidays are rite here/.. and that will b horrible
when i was cutting last year i cheated 1 time a week.
