Just wondering if ne one has any links for proper diet while on cycle? Trying to bulk up as much as possible. Same basic diet used for natural bulking or what. Just want to eat optimum foods to prevent bloating excess fat etc..
lean beef---LOTS O protein--- i get the 3% fat ground beef.. lots O chicken,,, wild alaskan salmon--- i stay away from tuna because of the mercury content,, lots of green veggies.. unsalted nuts. MILK-- braums concentrates their skim-- so more protein w no fat. Brown rice-- oatmeal---AND POON!
