Diet Is The Key To Abs

I found doing regular sit-ups using on an ab roller was best to isolate the muscle, they really burn the muscle! You don't need to do loads just what you a comfy with, stretch back to release lactic acid after is a little tip I found.

Diet is the most important part of gaining six pack abs, you my develop big strong ab muscles but won't be able to see them because of stomach fat, this is usually the case with a lot of people.

Some bodybuilder in the gym was telling me crunches, not on an incline or with weights, were better for developing a 6 pack that weighted crunches on a very steep incline. He actually went up to me and said "you won't develop a 6 pack on that device" (I then retorted by lifting my shirt and showing a 6 pack, and asked to see his, which he didn't have). Is then any merit in what he is saying though? Crunches without weights and on no incline seem so easy as to be a waste of time - do they providing better definition that incline, weigted sit ups
