Diet help

I'm 23 6'4 245lb around 20%bf. I've been lifting for around 2 years and I've made good size/strength gains but I've never been serious about my diet.I'd like a diet that will help me to cut body fat but also allow me to still put on muscle and mass.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

My current diet is not a set diet.I'm trying to get a good diet going but I just don't know where to start.

The only set part of my diet is my vitamins and supplements.taurine 1000mg Hawthorne Berry 300mg fish oil with d3 1200mg potassium 200mg daily.protein shake twice daily.

OK, that's a start....1st thing: you can't get big and get lean @ the same time....which one is more important to you?

EAT BIG; lotts of red meat would be a good start....whole milk, too

You wanna eat a lot but eat the right foods, that means no sugar or salt, no fast food...

Eat every 3 hours....and eat a larger portion that you'd normally eat...

Even if you did this 1 day a week and worked your way up, you don't have to do a complete 180 all @ once...

Now how 'bout that training schedule?

You can get big and lean at the same time. Go check out leangains.com it's a good start but just keep reading and learning and find what works for you.

Mon- chest, forearms and triceps Tues- back and biceps Wed- off Thurs- legs and forearms Friday- shoulders and traps cardio 3x a week

I've never been a big fan of training the same BP on the same day, etc etc etc...I like a 2/3 on 1 off routine...

Also, I'd make the change to one BP per day if you're looking to add weight...
