diet/cycle advice

need some suggestions and advice on my diet for my upcoming cycle:
weeks 1-10 400 mg. eq
1-10 400 mg enanthate
1-6 50 mg. day winstrol
5-10 75 mg eod fina
I would like to put on 10 solid pounds and drop bodyfat. I am currently 185, about 9 or 10% bodyfat. just wondering what optimal calorie intake should be?

I would say it really depends on your personal metabolism. For me I have to eat about 5000 cals a day to gain anything on or off cycle.

i have a fairly slow metabolism. My maintenance calories while not on anything are around 2200-2500.
