Im at 165 at 5'11", gained 15 pounds in 2-3 months to get to 165, yea i was skinny and still am now, well not to me but you! but i was wondering how often should i increase my weights, for example should i bench the same amount for a week(2-3days of lifting) and then increase everyweek(like 10pounds a week) or should i lift the same amount of weight and increase every 2 weeks, or should i increase weight every time i work out.
and as far as dieting goes im eating a lot right now close to 3000 calories im guessin a day. but i've been eatin whatever, o and i've gained some fat. I was wondering how you diet to increase in calories but limiting all that fat, what do you eat? but i do plan to do a "cut" phase being summer is comming up but want to get to at least 170 before i start, i play a lot of bball and i am so much slower now. i used to have a 35" vertical but not no more, due to the fat im guessin
