A couple weeks ago i started talking to need to because i was desperate to finally put some mass on. I started training years ago at 6'0 115lbs and managed to get up to 173lbs. i told him all my stats, history, goals etc saying i wanted to hit 200lbs or more, and id love to be at 8-10% bf. he recommended me a pretty good test based cycle and then i asked him about diesel.

He was real cool about it, and said the reason he didnt mention it to me was because he didnt want to sound like he was making a sales pitch. He wasnt pushy at all, real cool guy to deal with. He gave me his word if i trained HARD, and ate like a mad man, id hit 200lbs by the end of this cycle ( diesel starter stack ). He gave me a discount to his store, along with a trial platnum membership to this site. He was VERY informational, VERY helpful and was not pushy at all, he didnt try to hype up his product either.

well, its been 1 week since i started the cycle. i was 173lbs at the start of my cycle, and im currently 185-187lbs. so im upo 12-14lbs in ONE WEEK!!!! i know ill hit 200lbs for sure on this cycle.

so to sum it up, awesome guy to deal with, great products that ACTUALLY work, and great prices. Ill deffinatly be recommending this stuff to anyone (over 21) looking to make some real gains!

You are going to gain a lot more. You will be one of the ones to get 30lb or more out of it bro...

Awesome bro!!! Keep them kcals coming and you will hit your goals. Don't let up during Pct either. You will really needto crank up the kcal to keep all that new muscle.

I hate being looked at as a salesman never liked it and never will. That is not who I am and I never want it to be who I am.. I own a company that sells products but I just want to meet peoples needs with it and help people.... Some people want a legal alternative to steroids that work.. So for now I have met that need. I have met it with the best purity products I can that do what I promise they will do.... I will give money back if they don't I don;t give a fuck man the money is not a issue with me.

If i could meet peoples needs for free I would and as a matter of fact I do. I help people daily and will always do so.. Say what you will about me but in my mind and in my heart I am one of the good ones and some one in the industry who truly gives a fuck about the other guy...

So long as my basic needs and the basic needs of my family are met I will give and I'll give and I will give to everyone around me. And the more you or anyone is around me the more you will see this as the truth..

What's your diet look like? I'm going to be hitting a 14-week cycle soon, and want some ideas on how I'm going to stuff my face to make the cycle really pay off.

well heres an example of what ive been eating, heres todays diet

multi Vitamin+BCAAs
8am = pro complex weight gainer + 1 cup oats
10am= 2 93% lean burgers on whole grain buns + cheese + 24oz milk
12noon=10oz steak with V8 fusion for my "veggies" lol
2pm= 5 chicken tenders (good whole white meat, not greasy kfc stuff) + 24oz milk
4pm=weight gainer
6pm=half an organic/healthy/whole grain pizza+24oz milk
8pm=weight gainer+8oz steak
right now "double" protein shake. aka 2scoops+2cups of milk

today was kind of a cheat/lazy day (the pizza and stuff) but ive always stayed real lean and my bf% hasnt increased at all so things seem to be going well! yeah its not the idea perfect diet but its working!

btw my weight gainers come out to 850cals and something like 80g protein because its 650cals/60g protein + the milk

lol actually i usually take like 3-4 dumps a day on a 4k diet, but since i started diesel i take one dump a day
 
I've been on PCT, Unleashed & Sustain Alpha now for 3 weeks. I plan on doing one more week, taking a break and then starting Dieselbolan and Katanadrol; but I'm only taking in 1900 calories per day. I know that is not enough; but I honestly don't see being able to take in 7000 calories per day. Does this mean I will not see any gains?

Say what? 1900 cals.... my BMR is 2100!!! That means if I layed in bed all day that is how much food I need. I eat atleast 4000 a day, I think I am around 3500 for maintenance for my lifestyle and Im not very active at work LOL When I am on cycle I will eat atleast 5000 if not more. 8 meals a day, 40-50 protein and same ammount of carbs give or take. Get some EFA's in there via olive oil, fish oil, flaxseed, etc, etc and lean red meat. Damn, I could go on forever but 1900? What are you a bird? LOL I almost burned that when I ran 10 miles on the mill a couple weeks ago LOL

Then I come home and have 2.5 servings of whole wheat pasta.

Before I work out I'll have a protien bar (265 cal)

Then after the gym I have 8 oz of steak.

Before I go to bed I have an ISO Pure Protein Shake.

Unless I'm adding wrong, I don't see it adding up to more than 1900 calories. Can someone help?

get yourself a good shake recipe and some better protein bars man. Deff need to get in more cals.

You just have to eat more bro, really.

You need to eat more for breakfast especially. You should be eating 500-600 calories per meal 6X per day.

Add 16oz of 2% milk in with some of those meals and your calorie intake will boost significantly.
 
Have you tried Needto's protein bars? They would go along perfectly with Dieselbolan. I'm assuming you're taking the tren-tfo with the diesel. I would recommned you try the beastdrol for your next cycle. It gave me great results and i've a very experienced aas user.
 
Throw milk and oatmeal between meals. This will help a lot. I'd also eat some cottage cheese right before bed. Looks into sweet potatoes and yams as well.
