diesel/epi stack/bridge log

just started this cycle on 4/20 figured id start a log to keep for myself and hopefully help some people out so theres alot of info here read along if youd like :)

if not, heres the basics, and ill post pics at the end

age 22
height 5'8
weight 185
13-14% bodyfat
goals: 200 at 10% bodyfat or as close as possible, 405 legit squat 5x5, 365 deadlift, 315 bench for reps, 225 overhead press.

right now my squats are around 315 for 5x5. probably can do more.
Bench is about 285 max, 275 for a couple reps, or 225x 8-10.
Deadlifts are same as bench. before i started going to the chiropractor, these were almost impossible. but now im good and have alot of room to add plenty of weight to it.

this is my third time with diesel, but its been about 5 months and i feel like my receptors are still pretty good. if not, ill just switch it with the half bottle of beast i still have.

cycle:

diesel 3/3/3/3/0/0 (# of caps/week)
epivar 0/0/3/3/3/3
formastanzol 5 pumps am and pm. increasing if needed but this seems to be the perfect amount so far.

ill be using some bridge i still have for now until hcgen is in stock, or more bridge. may get some of ironmaglabs anabolic matrix and stack it with some DAA. idk yet. also using forged liver support 2 a day for the whole cycle.

pct: unleashed/post cycle/forma/ phytoserms or hcgenerate

supps:

n2kts, multi, fish oil, jack3d, some anavite,

shakes all from protein factory

post workout/morning: whey iso, dextrose, victoria milk protein, super plasma, peptopro, some yolk powder, creatine mono.

night time: casein, whey iso, yolk powder, super plasma, monster v, + 2 cups oats, handful of peanuts, and whole milk.

any other time of the day is just whey iso.
 
diet will be a somewhat clean bulk diet. cals will be 4000+ at least, protein 300, lots of beef, london broils, cheeseburgers, meat sauce. cooking a 20 pound turkey tomorrow, gonna try to finish that within the week also, shit load of carbs, oats, whole wheat bread and pasta, potatoes, fruits. bought alot of frozen vegetables, i just throw them in the pan with whatever else im cooking. eggs all time, whole milk, peanuts/ peanut butter. 1-2 gallons of water a day. i also wake up when im sleeping and make another protein shake and go back to sleep.


so today was day 4 and had a great rest day eating all day because of easter. also weight was 187 this morning, about 193 right now. i threw in some beastdrol as a nice little kick start since it kicks in alot faster. but i stopped that yesterday. already feel everything kicking in, had a great chest/ back day yesterday. my workout routines will be a combination of these 2 depending on work and when i feel like i need an extra rest day

day 1 - overhead presses
day 2 - squats
day 3 - rest
day 4 - bench
day 5 - deadlifts
day 6 - rest

sun - deadlifts/ front squats/ hack squats etc.
mon - overhead press/ tris
tues - back (lats)/ bis
wed - rest
thur - squats
fri - chest/ back(rows)
sat - rest

i think today is day 6. definitly feeling the sides from the dieselbolan that i got last time. around 4-6 nights into it, it gets hard to get to sleep, and it feels like my body temp is up. but this usually goes away after a couple days. weight this morning was 192. allergies are also fucking me up hard. hopefully im not sick and its just allergies. gonna go hard on deadlifts today before the back pumps set in lol

today was deadlifts. 135 5x5 warm up. 225 10x5. i thought i would be just about done with 5x5 but felt good so kept going. back pumps started setting in at the end. ate a nice chunk of my turkey i just baked, going to bed with about 5 pounds of food and water in my stomach. water weight is filling up quick, aiming to wake up at 194 tomorrow

Sounds like it's going well man. Really makes me want to jump on my diesel now lol, I have everything ready to go but I'm trying to hold off for a bit yet.

Are you going for pure mass then? That's what I'll be doing, then I'll worry about leaning up later.

Woops just re read your originl post, so I see you're trying to get up to 200 at around 10%, will you just try to bulk up right past that and then diet down? or try and build lean mass til you reach your goal?

yeah basically just going for mass. im gonna try to get to about 210 sloppy cause of all the water weight diesel fills you up with, then hoping to squeeze out a few more pounds out of the epi while getting dried out to around 200-205. then just in time for the summer ill start doing some fasted a.m. swimming and running and diet down a little but thats not really my concern right now.

what are you waiting on for your cycle man? you taking time off from a previus cycle?

some light dumbell presses
shrugs underhand overhand 185 sets of 10

had a nice back and bi's day yesterday. strength isnt at where it was a couple months ago, but getting there.

behind the neck pulldowns, 80,90,100,120,140,160,170,180
cross body hammer curls 35,50,65,60,60,60
dumbell curls with palms up, few sets of 35's for 10-12 reps to get a good pump
dumbell rows, 100x 10. i hate doing these without chalk so i stopped and went to cable rows, some big fat jerks were hogging it so i went to machine rows, did sets of 10 with 10-20 second rests.

todays a rest day, getting some crazy nose bleeds. insomnias been gone, so are the headaches mostly. weight is around 193-194. but i still have a jaw line. something i didnt have the last to cycles of this i ran, so im assuming its not all waterweight
 
also, my appetite is completely gone, i can easily get in 3000 cals, but anything over that and im forcing myself to eat. this happened last time too, but gotta keep shoving food down. i feel like if i look at another egg im gonna throw up

Na man I'm just waiting to get back to how I was before I broke my wrist. No point taking the Diesel now when I know I can pack on some more natural size. It's just so tempting because I have everything ready to go lol.
 
damn i def. feel you on that cause i had to take off for a while just from spraining my wrist. i got back into it with only exercises taht didnt put too much pressure on my wrists, like dumbells instead of barbell (or other way around dont remember) for bench, hammer curls instead of bar curls, stuff like that going light really helped me get back into lifting heavy again.

anyway about a week and half in right now. weight this morning 197 pounds and i still have a jaw and facial features lol. i lowered it down to 2 caps a day diesel instead of 3 and the sides i mentioned are just about gone. still getting nosebleeds though but that happens to me every spring. my lats are noticibly bigger after the back workout i did 2 days ago no jokes. arms and chest are also llooking alot fuller. gotta go pick up some more milk and oats then off to golds for squats.

Yer it sucked big time, luckily it's healed up pretty good so I shouldn't have any problems later on with it in the future. Just depressed me so much to have to sit and watch my gains disappear from not being able to train.

Lol yer it's always nice to retain the old jaw line, moon face isnt a good look! I need to stop reading all this good shit about Diesel cos it's making it almost impossible to stay off it lol.

Heard a few ppl say their appetite suffered a lil.

Do you think when I take it I should go straight for 3 caps or start off at 2? I've never taken any steroids at all before.

thanks man, i would start with 3 for the first 5 days or so to get it in your system fully, then lower it to 2 if you start getting sides. its pretty strong though and i always get better results taking 3 some days and 2 alot of days, with a couple days here and there where i dont take any at all.

Yer I was thinking start off with 3 and then lower it if I need to. I'd rather lower it because it's too strong than have to up it after a week.

Nice squats man, do you do them all free weight? I cant really squat properly, it hurts my bk if I do them free weight, I seem to get a good workout from the hack squat though.
 
yeah i do them all in the power rack. my back is also messed up, before i squat, i go to the reverse sit up preacher bench looking thing lay backwards on it and it cracks my whole back. i couldnt crack andthing in my back though until i started going to the chrio. have you tried going to a chiropractor yet?

today is my favorite day of the week. chest/back day. gonna be doing bench/row supersets, the pumps from these are unbelievable. weight in the morning has been staying around 194-195. but im getting up to 200 throughout the day which is nice. never hit 200 before. im not retaining as much water as id like to so im gonna lower the forma to 2 pumps am and pm. looking forward to starting the epi on tuesday, hopefully it wont kill my joints

No I haven't been to see anyone, maybe I should go. I feel like i get a good workout doing leg extensions, leg press and hack squats.

So the forma is pretty strong then? I've heard alot of good stuff about that. You like to retain a bit of water then for the added strenght? Your workouts sound pretty awesome.

I dont know alot about the epi, where is that from?
 
thanks goldie i think youre the only dude following my log lol. the epi is epivar from orbit. i would of liked to get epistrong but theres not alot of options left. most people hate getting bloated but i love it, all the added mass just creates more room for bigger pumps and more muscle growth. the forma is really strong but i think 2 pumps twice a day will be good for now.

bench today was

225x 12,10,8,10,8 was gonna do 12 10 8 6 but had alot more left in me.
supersetted all these with cable rows. just started at 130 and moved the pin down each time. went for high reps on these.
finished with some dips then the gym closed on me

Sounds like another good workout. Nightmare situation when the gym closes and you get kicked out lol. Should I expect much strength gains from the Diesel? I heard it's more mass than anything.
 
i get the same strength gains from diesel that i did from beast maybe more. most people dont get those same results though. either way adding strength when you just put on 15 pounds of mass is alot easier.

I'm not too fussed about strength really, the stronger I get the more little niggles and injuries I get. I just want the size, I know strenght comes with size, but you get what I'm saying lol.

You're gonna smash through the 200 barrier no probs :). Ya I dont see any reason not to extend if you're feeling food.

Should I be concenred with gyno and hair loss on Diesel? I read that both prog and estro stay fairly even? Just wana make sure I have everything covered. Thanks man

hair loss i dont think is a problem. gyno is possible but the forma keeps your estro and prog both down. i actually got a small lump in march, 2 and a half months after i finished my other diesel cycle. im pretty sure it came from my natural test levels coming back up though. forma+ a little letro/nolva/dostinex completely fixed that though. its def. good to have some letro and dostinex on hand

Kwl kwl, I'd like to keep my hair, I dont suit a skin head lol. Needto said to me to run the forma for 4 weeks during my pct, and he recommended an AI from predator nutrition to run during cycle. But the AI wont do anything for prog related gyno will it? Maybe I should grab another bottle of forma and run it the full 8 weeks, not sure now. Not too familiar with letro or dostinex, gonna have to have a read about those. What do you think I should do in terms of on cycle? just run the forma?

Yer maybe I'll get another bottle, just sucks to pay another $25 shipping and then when it gets here UK customs charge me another 20% import VAT. I'll defo get some nizoral shampoo, and maybe some finasteride, what do you think? I'm defo prone to it, my dad and grandad are both near enough bald.

Gona have a read about letro and dostinex now :)

goldie i cant help you on the finasteride, ive never used it or anything like it. i do know it can mess with your hormones though. something you dont want to add in while youre already on a stack thats aromatizing into both estro and prog. but im not sure. the nizoral is actually for dandruff and uses some kind of anti fungus. i have no idea how it affects hair loss but thats the general word on it around here and also what need2 reccomended.

bodyfat is about the same. maybe a little bit less. also gotta factor in that i drink shakes with 2 cups of oats, 2 and a half cups of milk 3 times a day, which are 1000 cals a shake. so 3000 plus the rest of my normal eating which comes to 5500-6000 total a day and im not adding any fat at all.

so today was 15 days in. weight is still 199-200 in the morning. getting up to 205 during the day. water retention is still pretty low and im feeling very dehydrated during my workouts. got a powerade today and drank that along with my water that seemed to help. also added in the epivar today. took 1 cap in teh morning and 1 pre workout. felt a little lightheaded not sure if its from the epi or not.

workout today:

shoulder press: 45x3x10 135x5x5 185x3 (never got this before) 135x10, 135x8, 135x6, 135x5
shrugs: underhand then overhand. 135, 225 6 sets of 8-12
1 arm dumbell bench with hips off bench: 50x10 60x10 70x8 90x6
dumbell bench: 100'sx6 just 1 set
dips(triceps): 10,5,10,8,5,5,5

got my forged steel in the mail today, gonna start that right now.

also just about shut down at this point. getting some atrophy, really wish i had a few shots of HCG. my girl wants to come over today and fuck so last night i put on 10 pumps of forma instead of my usual 3. woke up with a chub again. it also dried me out a little so im happy that im still 199 pounds since im not actually carrying that much water weitht

Anyway yer I googled that nizoral shampoo and yer it mainly said about anti fungal bla bla bla, but then I read this somewhere else,

Your strength is defo going up man, awesome. You said you do one arm dumbell bench? Never seen anyone do that before, do you do them just for a change?

I have two bottles of HCGenerate so I might run it the full 8 weeks instead of just PCT. Although saying that I dont have a girl at the moment to keep happy so we'll see lol. Does your gf know you're on the juice?

the 1 arm dumbell bench i actually do for abs. give it a try and youll see how hard it really hits your abs and obliques. when your right arm has a 80 pound dumbbell on it, and your left hand doesnt, its all your abs and obliques that keeps you from falling off the bench. in 2 months of doing this, my 2 upper abs actually split into 4 somehow lol i had a 6 pack now its an 8. it works just as good with flyes and you can use less weight so you dont look like youre just trying to be a tough guy.

This is basically the cycle that needto advised me on.

1-4 Diesel 1 cap 3 times a day
1-4 E-control 1 cap a day, (but I've swapped this for something similar form here in the uk.)
1-4 N2guard
1-4 Hcgenerate 5 caps a day spread out
4-8 unleashed/post cycle/ forma every day

Might have to give those one arm presses a try, dont think I could do them with an 80lb dumbell though lol. The flys sound good also.

I'm only a poor student, but luckily my goverment gives me money to study the course I'm doing, so I spend it all on gym stuff lol.

started the epi on wednesday and its def. kicked in now. vascularity is way up, pumps are crazy and everything feels all around tighter, almost like being in a constant state of a small full body pump, really loving it so far. having some trouble staying asleep again, and some nose bleeds are back, not as bad as from when the diesel was kicking in. my calfs were pumped up just from walking from my truck into walmart today. weight jumped up quick to about 204-205 and not feeling bloated. im not feeling the diesel anymore hardly at all. i may end it on tuesday at the 3 week point or i may keep it around in case im still getting a synergystic effect from stacking it with the epi. this is the 3rd time ive ran it within a year so this is def. expected.

Might have to try some epi at some point, maybe once my diesel is done and dusted and I've built most of the mass that I'm after. Not that surprised you're not feeling the Diesel that much anymore, your receptors must be hammered lol. 3 times in a year is some gooood shit lol.

yeah def. up the intensity. thats the best part of being on cycle. i wish i could lift like this everyday. i didnt get too too bad back pumps from the diesel, epi however absolutely killed my lower back today. i got 3 sets of 5 at 275 for deadlifts. was gonna go for 5 but didnt wanna take it too far. i had to sit down and take a long break today before going to do some leg presses. even then they were so intense i had to stop. had a shitty workout today, gonna look into some taurine, and may stop deadlifting until PCT. weight is up to 207 and my arms are just under 17" they actually grew a half an inch since i started this run and still got 3 weeks left. gonna try to get them over 17. sleep hasnt been so good. i wake up every hour or so and lay in bed for a while and go back to sleep. also i wake up feeling like no time has passed since i went to bed. kinda strange just thought id add that in there for the sake of a detailed log. i wonder if the arganine in the forged steel is keeping me up though since i take it before bed. now im gonna go finish the large meatball and peppers stromboli i got, then another blender full of oats peanuts protein and whole milk before i go to bed.

also took 2 naps today. and took a nap yesterday. but im not tired throughout the day at all. maybe my body is trying to get to sleep and grow more? idk cause this is unusual for me

hahha yeah dude i think youre the only one. but either way i want to keep the log to be able to look back on, and also in case ppl are looking for info and search it. shin pumps today at work were a fuckin nightmare since i use a walk behind mower. before my biggest lawn i had today i downed a monster which has 2 grams of taurine and they actually went away. i was totally suprised. i remember trying this when i was on beastdrol last summer but it didnt seem to help that much. so idk but it def. helped today. im gonna drink another one before i go to the gym since the overhead presses are probably gonna kill my back.

yesterday was back and bis. started cable rows at 80 and just moved the pin down the stack working my way up to 220. then did a bicep ladder, then inverted rows. then some curls.

weight is about 208-210 in the morning. still have 3 weeks of epi left, just gonna keep going for mass until its over. im also putting on a little bit of fat from the gallon of milk a day but it might just be some bloat. im not too concerned about it though. stretch marks are getting a little worse it looks like, and i got a couple new tricep veins i havent seen before.

shin pumps werent bad at all yesterday. maybe the taurine from the day before helped? or maybe its just from the diesel and since i stopped it they went away. i hope i didnt fuck up by dropping the diesel so early. when i thought the epi was kicking in it might have been the diesel peaking out. but i dont think it was.

Yer I'd just keep going for mass, you can worry about dropping the fat later. I think too many people worry about their food intake and about putting fat on and then they dont build all the muscle they could have if they made sure they had excess calories and protein present.

I have bad stretch marks, just means you're growing like a beast if you ask me lol :). Mine havent got any worse for a while, think I've hit a bit of a wall. You got visable veins in your tris?? nice work.

I'm not sure about stopping the Diesel whe you did man, only you know whats best, you've ran it plenty of times before so I'd say you're a pretty good judge of it.

im happy i stopped the diesel, i proabbly could have gotten a little more out of it, but i already threw on 24 pounds in a little over 3 weeks lol. for a 6 week run of orals id rather not mess around with my liver like that if i dont have to.

yesterday was squats, probbaly one of the best squat days of my life. an older guy, an ex powerlifter came over to the power rack and actually trained me for a while. i didnt realize how bad my squats really were. i could barely put my jeans on after cause my legs were so pumped up and had to sit down for a while cause of the back pumps, which arent as bad as they were a few days ago.

also one of my goals was to completely outgrow all my medium shirts, and none of them fit anymore so had to buy shirts yesterday. gonna need new pants too, but im just gonna stick with shorts for the next couple of weeks till i get some more money

been using the forged steel as a pre workout for the last few days. and i actually really like it. 2 forged steel and a scoop of jack3d is perfect

Ya I'm carry a bit of fat, especially around my middle, but I'm not that bothered atm because I'm bulking. I know for a fact it'll drop off later when I want it too.

24lbs in 3 weeks is awesome lol. If I put on anything near that I'll be well happy lol.

Would be good if someone showed me how to squat properly, maybe thats wht they hurt my back, hmmm who knows.

I love it when your clothes start to not fit you anymore, such a good feeling :P
 
lol yeah dude even my shorts are getting too tight. ive been wearing my gym shorts and pajama pants for the last week cause i can barely fit in my pants anymore. if you get all your bases covered you can def. add 20 pounds in 4 weeks with the diesel and keep 15.

i think i have 2 weeks left. im up 25 pounds in 4 weeks. body fat is slightly lower than it was last week. and im really feeling the strength increase from the epi.

thanks man, im starting pct today. basically feeling really lethargic, and not getting anymore gains out of this cycle. i think my body just adjusts real fast, the first 3 weeks are always the best for me.

pct will be unleashed/post cycle, forma, and my phytoserms should be arriving tuesday. also gonna order something from orbit to lower cortisol to keep my gains. i think its called lean extreme. gotta check.

im not really digging the epi anymore. i feel like my body is trying to recover from the diesel, but the epi is just holding it back. my balls are almost full size and im not even taking any test boosters. all my gains from this cycle peaked out. i think ill feel better just from the unleashed alone.

i have to get some pics, but basically my weight went from about 185 - 210. body fat is still in the 13-14% range.

as far as strength increases:

bench 285x1 - 315x2
squats 315 for a couple reps - 385 max
deads - couldnt deadlift cause the back pumps were too rediculous
cable rows 190-240 for reps
curls i dont even know, they went up alot though
pull ups also went up pretty good considering im carrying an extra 25 pounds of mass
standing overhead press 155x3-185x3
close grip bench 155x10 - 185x12 maybe more

i didnt measure my thighs before i started, but theyre 25" now and none of my pants really fit. my legs are covered in poison ivy and cuts cause i have to weed wack in shorts lol

also something i should note.. ive been getting really bad cramps from the epi. even doing nothing sometimes ill bend my leg a certain way and my whole leg, and left side of my abs all contract super hard out of nowhere. its very painful sometimes. i was getting them bad in my back and sides just stretching a little. im happy to be off the epi now. also growing alot more facial hair from this cycle

So the epi wasnt really strong enough to replace the diesel?

I'm doing near enough the same PCT so I'll be keeping an eye on how it goes for you.

I'm just gonna go with a Diesel only cycle, never taken anything before so I should make good gains off just one compound I think. Especially as all I'll be doing is eating sleeping and training lol.

You should post up some pics man, wouldnt mind seeing what the diesel can do :P
