had a nice back and bi's day yesterday. strength isnt at where it was a couple months ago, but getting there.
behind the neck pulldowns, 80,90,100,120,140,160,170,180
cross body hammer curls 35,50,65,60,60,60
dumbell curls with palms up, few sets of 35's for 10-12 reps to get a good pump
dumbell rows, 100x 10. i hate doing these without chalk so i stopped and went to cable rows, some big fat jerks were hogging it so i went to machine rows, did sets of 10 with 10-20 second rests.
todays a rest day, getting some crazy nose bleeds. insomnias been gone, so are the headaches mostly. weight is around 193-194. but i still have a jaw line. something i didnt have the last to cycles of this i ran, so im assuming its not all waterweight
