Didn't react that great to test, what next?

My first cycle was enan @500mg/wk, I put on 10lbs and stength was mediocre, about 10-15lbs on everything except squat, which was 40lbs. I was expecting more, my diet was OK, could have been better. I'm gonna perfect that before I try anything else, plus I need break from the bulking diet. But anyway, next time I was thinking of something with more strength, and preferably 20lbs :) I was considering

wk 1-10 EQ 400mg/wk
wk 1-4 DBol 25mg/ed

What do you think, I've also considered winstrol tabs at 25mg/ed along with the EQ. Or maybe fina could fit into this somehow. Is EQ a bad choice, I don't know what else to base since enanth didn't work like for most people. Any help is appreciated.

Agreed! How was your training too? Were you training enough or too much?? Not getting enough rest? So many factors including genetics go into it bro. You gained 10 pounds and think it didn't work for you. Welcome to the world of juice bro. You don't just juice and become Mr. Olympia overnight. U gotta work for it. Good luck.
 
Yeah I know, thats why I put on 20lbs before the cycle just eating and pumping. Don't get me wrong, I'd eat 4-5 times a day. But I realized I didn't have enough carbs like before, I think that hurt me. I used to eat alot of ramen at school, and then during the summer I didn't so it cut my carbs down. I just realized this after everything was said and done.

EDIT: Training was ok, always intense. I have a 3day split (regular chest/tri, back/bi, legs), rest day between each work day. I thought maybe I should go to 2 on, 1 off with a 4day split, creating a shoulder/arm day.
 
Sounds like diet was your main problem. As HI said, It's all about eating. 4-5 meals isn't going to cut it while on AAS. It is essentail that you keep and continuous infusion of nutrinents flowing into your body to support the accelerated rate of anabolism and metabolism. Carbs, more specifically insulin, seem to be an essential cofactor in testosterone induced anabolism. Without adequate carbohydrate you are surely limiting your gains. Protein synthesis is a very energy expensive proccess and the most efficeint source of that energy is glucose coming from carbs. I suggest you start writing down everythign your eating and totaling the numbers such as calories, protein, carbs, and fat that you are consuming daily. This will gice you an idea of what you need more of. I don't think the testosterone was the problem, or a leack of reaction to it. You can use any drug, but noe will work without proper diet.
 
I think you just need to eat more protein and more carbs!!

If you want to really get big, try something like this. This is what I do to put on massive ammounts of Muscle

(1) 5 grams of carbs per KG of Body Weight
(2) 3.5 grams of Protein per KG of Body Weight
(3) 1 gram of Fat per KG of Body weight

Also if I was you, I would push my test up to atleast 800mg to 1000mg's per week to really see some good gains. D-Bol is great for mass, but test is the King

How the hell am I supposed to eat that much :) Seriously, some help is needed on good carbs. Oatmeal is ok, like 25g, pasta is 70g for a large serving, but how am I supposed to reach 800g of carbs ed?? Also for protein, how do you get so much? If you could break down your diet I would appreciate it. Thanks bro.

800 grams is 3200 calories from carbs alone, WTF? You do not need that much, that's for sure. Depending on your weight and height you should adjust your nutrient ratios and ammounts accordingly. I can make gains on as little as 2500 calories and i am 6'3 and currently 225 lbs with 13% bf. Study dieting a little more before your next cycle, it will be the a least 50% of your sucess, not the juice.

BTW: Ramen is not a good source of carbs, those stupid noodles are worthless. You might as well eat cardboard.
 
Another newbie learning the hard lesson that diet is EVERYTHING. I eat 600 gr. carbs 300g. protein, 200 g. fat (sometimes more fat) while on. That's what it takes for me to grow at all and I'm only 190 lbs. I find it easier to take in that many by using more calorie dense foods, and alot of food in liquid form (MRP's, carb drinks, etc...)
