Did You Know......

That you can charge about anything that you want on a credit card and then call the creidt card company and have them do a Charge-Off after the fact.

that basically means that they will refund your money and then pursue it with the merchant. The merchants do not want their accounts to not have the capability to accept credit cards, so generally they will just right it off.

This would seem to work especially well with online gambling sites.

Set up an account put 30,000 in it, bet on some football game.. If you win cash out... If you lose, call the credit card company and have it charged off...

Just an idea..

Also, In most states, if you get a civil fine, like a speeding ticket...

Instead of writing it out for the amount specified and sending it in...

You write it for 3.00 or more, more than the fine amount, and they wont cash it..

It is a program that is in most states as it costs more to refund your money and do all the paperwork than it does to just write it off..

I was apprehensive about that one, but I tried it and it worked..

Cool beans. I owe $900 in fines. Maybe I'll write the check for $903. :D

2 things will happen here in the state of good and plenty...

the court will hold your 3 dollars until you come claim it...

the court will issue a C.O.C. bench warrant to allow you
to explain yourself...

either one is not good...

every online gambling site I've been to (a lot, I look for programming holes) has disallowed credit cards. you have to directly connect to a bank account - which is an unpleasant thing.

If you do not cite what the check is for, and the amount does not match any fine/lien against you, they often will not even cash it. Just keep a copy of the check so you have recourse.

I am not sure about this in every state, but I know of a few that it has worked in.

Yeah, try the Charge-Back without a credit history. If you have a great credit history, expecially with the credit card company, and once in a while do a Charge-Back, they'll write it off. But if you do that with a brand new card with a company that is reputable, they won't act on it. I would try it with a small company, that needs profit to stay in business and can't afford to lose credit card payments.

Interesting on the speeding ticket though.

lol - okay, well, you speak of sports gambling - so perhaps on those. but I can give you an excel sheet with over 4 thousand sites that do need a bank account and specially won't take paypal or credit cards.

I don't look for the holes anymore, so I haven't looked in a few months, and don't really gamble - so I don't think I need anymore.

thanks though :)

how are you doing? haven't seen you on here in awhile.

You dont look for holes anymore? HMMMMMMMM..

NEVER STOP LOOKING FOR HOLES BRO..

Actually I am doing really well, I started my own mortgage corporation and am looking at expanding to get licensed in a few other states.. How are your sales skills bro?

you can make some serious fucking bank in this industry.

I don't currently look for holes because there are like 500K gambling sites out there, and they all use various packages to do what they do, but there are only about 10 different packages and a few custom designs.
that means there aren't really that many sites out there since they use shared code.

that and I'm more interested in starting up my own business right now. just need the energy after work to sit down and get it done.

my sales skills are good and bad. I tend to be too honest to be good at sales. but in terms of face to face, I tend to do well if it is an actual good product.

yay

They did last time. I can pull cash for them too if they want, but a check is easier.
