For the last 2 weeks, ive gained about 4-5lbs while cutting down bf significantly. Ive been trying to gain lbm while losing some bf and getting down below 10%. Right now Id say im right about at 10% with one stubborn area (lower abs, same as for most people). Ive been eating about 100g carbs per day, 150 at most but rarely. This weekend I had a birthday party for my grandma at an old school italian restaraunt in brooklyn and it was carb heaven basically. Im calling this weekend a wash now, although no real noticeable differences today. Had a football game this morning and played offense and defense, so i burned way more calories then ive taken in so far today, but as long as you eat massive protein, dont go crazy with carbs, tren will give you your lbm and keep your bf down. As for anything, better results with a better diet. Period.
