well i got the cough today.. wasnt even that bad! i injected my left quad and about 20 sec after i pulled it out i had the shortness of breath. i thought fuck, im gonna get the cough! it was a few coughs and lasted like 2 min or something. i just chugged down some water and breathed slowly and it helped. keep in mind this was only .5cc of tren so i guess it would have been worse if i did more?

just finished chest and had a good workout! today was my last day of wk3 so i start wk4 tom! im fuckin readyyyy
 
Nice..keep it goin. Just got back from a baseball game and my fuckin elbow is killin me. Gotta try and get in a good chest workout now, but this pain is gonna be a bitch. Im gonna ice it down and take a hot shower....then get to work.

OK Bomber will try and post another pic.

PD - I had the same theing, I injected myself for the first time the other day - think I hit a vain. I had the wind totally knowked out of me, was pretty scary really but went after 30 mins or so.

Tren is kicking in now for sure, shoulder are lookin much biger, vascularity up and bodyfat down. Im gonna post new pics on sunday after a carb bulk

yea ,i want to be sure me saying your 11% when your really 8% could really get into your head and you might do something drastic and lose muscle.ill check out the next one.

Cool, I trust your opinion dude. The hand healt body fat measurer at my gym is putting me at 19.9%, cant believe that. Will post a new pic

No,

Realistically I felt winded fort about 10-15 mins. It was horrible man. Gotta do it again tonight, I cant wait till my friend returns from holiday and takes over pinning again!
 
Im never feeling it when I shoot, but Im feeling winded when I do anything. Running I get winded easier, and the other night banging that girl was ridiculous. I had to stop after a while cuz i thought i was gonna have an asthma attack.. lol You guys feel like you get winded easier? Today Im tired and hot.

Yeah I get winded easier - I get a stomach cramp walkin home from the gym! Im still loving the Tren tho, no other side effects.

I switch to straight enantate from TriTren in a week - hope the change doesnt give me sides.

Somewhere in the back of my mind Im thinking 12 weeks of Tren instead of 6...
 
haha..careful, 12 weeks is a long time..id definitely take a break in between. Im running the tri tren as well... and I was kinda thinking about running ace for another 3 weeks or so.. But again, patience is key. Lets see where we get to in another 2-3 weeks. Have you been gaining weight at all? I'm leaning out definitely, and noticeable muscle changes but havent really gained weight. Tren is definitley keeping me dry, so im not retaining water from the sust, and the eq hasnt really kicked in yet... but strength gains are amazing.

Yeah,

I gained about 5 pounds overfall and lost a lot of fat - I can feel my body changing now. Im positive im gonna get good results from this lean bulk now - I was worried my cals were too low. Realistically I think I will run the tren for 8 weeks.

Diet is still awesome and not had a cheat meal in nearly 4 weeks.

Im on a keto diet, its really good - energy levels feel higher than when Im eatin carbs. Ketostix are my best friend at the moment.

Looking forward to a carb bulk on sunday - most of that days supplies are comin from McDonald's!
 
haha... i havent had any fast food or pizza in forever... i feel too guilty, but i also feel like im not gettin enough calories. Eating nothing but tuna, turkey, grilled chicken, and protein shakes, and a cup of granola with skim milk in the am or some cottage cheese. Only carbs I get are some from whole grain bread when I choose to have a sandwich for lunch, and the granola. Im gonna throw some waxy maize into my pwo shakes starting today. I did net over 5lbs since i started... but feel like the past week ive kinda tapered off gains, although im sure ive been losing some fat and gaining some muscle during this time...so its all good. Wonder if im gonna retain more water when the tren is cut out and im just taking EQ and Sust.

I had sust once and it gave me some bloat but my diet was terrible - I think on your diet you wont have to worry about bloat. I run a maintenance dose aromasin 10mged which seems to keep me dry
 
yeah..im runnin an AI too...so it all seems to be keeping me pretty dry anyway. Not looking for that bloat weight anyway so Im pretty much right where I should be. As long as strength gains keep going up and Im consistenly able to go up in weight and reps on each muscle group, ill be happy..and grow.
 
well i just ate a bunch of carbs because i litterally couldnt move,this has not been the case til the last 4 days but i got crazy and cut them out completely.by the time i got in the shower i had veins on top of veins.i am ripped to the FUCKIN bone.i cant wait to post pics this weekend.thanks to guardian and needto for their tidbits of wisdom.im bringing the house down june 14

id say your 10%.normally if you can see your abs just a little yout about 12%.yours are a little better id say 10-11%.hey those electronic BF things are worthless.ive got a scale that does the same thing and today it says im 14%.anyone think im 14%?

Yeah...id say around there if im around that same area. Probably about 11%. These pictures you can tell much better than the first ones. Hows everyone doing today? lol Finishing up week 4 now and feeling great, other than the lethargy Im constantly feeling.
 
i just ate a huge homemade rice krispy treat.my veins are already about to bust.ill eat more carbs tonight and we will see how we look in the morning.

Yea, ive seen...you're deff ready. I still cut some cutting to do...but I have 11 weeks left with sust and eq and another 3 weeks running tren. Im still trying to get a little bigger... then im gonna cut down with masteron in the mix. Had an off day today, tomorrow its back to the grind..

Im carbin up the next 48 hours - first carbs in 2 weeks. Been feelin fine but just been the gym and SO weak! Gonna start with high GI carbs then move to low.
Yeah man - on a keto diet you need to replace glycogen levels in your muscles periodically

Run it with deca & eq. Use EFA's like flaxseed oil & glucosomine. Even then I find I cant run it more than 6 weeks before the sides kill me. But for strength gains , muscle definition & hardness, its fantastic. Normally I would run it at 100mg EOD or around 300mg PW. This run I have dropped it down to about 200mg PW with still good results. Just waiting for the cystic acne to flair up again LOL

You think thats whats makin me tired all the time? I think Im eating enough carbs...probably a little over 100g of carbs in a day, all oats, nuts, and whole grain, and waxy maize now in my pwo shake. Ehh..its probably just the tren.. Once I hit the gym I have a ton of energy.

Sounds like you maey be in limbo - ie low carbs but not in ketosis (burning fat for fuel).

2 weeks ago I started a 0 carb diet, apart from 20g oats PWO to replace muscle glycogen levels. I also upped my good fats substantially. Now my ketostix show Im in ketosis and I really have loads of energy - more than when I was seating carbs. You still gotta bulk up on carbs say one a week as glycogen in the muscles will deplete and lead to faliur in the gym. However this is my first bulk in 2 weeks - not felt tired till now.

Yea, i kinda feel like im in limbo, although at least my protein and fat intakes seem exactly where they should be. My whey protein has 4g per scoop so i had 8g so far today... Im figuring tomorrow being mothers day ill end up having some pasta or something, so that can be my carb day. Just noticed a new vein poppin out in my lower abs. Love tren!!

Yeah avoid fructose, do for carbs with low GI
 
hey fellas, little update for ya.... my aggression is getting fucking good! and i know its not in my head because i never let anything go to my head. im a real level headed, laid back bro. keep in mind im still on 50mg eod and im in the middle of wk3. dont think i could handle 75mg eod. im not even joking guys, shit!
 
haha..im here... If you getting good results, no need to up the dose. Stay where your at and keep gaining. Im now seeing the leaning out effects... vascularity is up.. beginning week 5 tomorrow. Life is good. haha
 
Nice, yea I wouldnt change anything at this point if results are good for u.. this is the best time for me now. Tren is doing its thing, sust usually kicks in nice for me around week 5, and the eq should be kicking in around now too. Prime time!!!

seriously bro, 50 eod is only 175mg ew. you need to double that dose and you need to pin it everyday to keep sides down. just pin 50mg ed. i seriously think your wasting it at that dose. minimum i would run is 75mg ed. but that is me and i eat cialis like candy to keep my bp in check. 50mg ed shouldn't raise your bp barely if any. and your gonna get much better results.

what are you doing, cutting or bulking, if your cutting, maybe do like 30mg ed, you could get away with that. if your trying to add mass though, nail that shit.
 
Huge strength gains today...surprised myself even. Felt freakin great, pumps were like hurting for a while after.. Now i feel like im ready for another workout haha I think the EQ is kickin in too now, my appetite the last 2 days has been absolutely ridiculous, i feel like i could eat every 5 minutes.... and veins in my shoulder starting to come out a little. Life is good.

bro, if you get anxiety it'll be here and gone in 1 hour. it happened to mea few times once my dose went above 100mg ed but the benefits of the tren made me realize i don't give a fuck about that 1 hour hehe.

Yeah..mine has been fine. Got like 2 anxiety attacks the whole time, one lasted for about ten minutes, the other I like bugged out in the mall cuz it was crowded and i got mad sketched out and just left. Then I felt ok. haha Totally doable though, I wouldnt worry...you running ace so see how your body reacts, worst comes to worst it will be out of your body quickly and you can go back down to where your at.

yea, chest for me today too.. and in the last 3 weeks i went up 25 lbs on flat bench, today did it for 6. Feel strong and hard, actually I feel great. Although in kind of a weird mood right now where I dont want to see or talk to anyone. Oh well...it happens.
 
lol..i dunno, its happened to me before too..last night was just weird though, oh well..whatever, over it and feeling great today so its all good. Last day off from work, but its been nice being able to work out during the day and get up and eat whatever whenever i want. Appetite is crazy this week too..i think the EQ is kicking in too now.

Here's another update - 4 days on from last pic. Should be interesting to string all the pics together post cycle. Dropping fat nicely on this Keto diet, I think I may be under 10% BF now. Need to increase my flax oil+fish oils as my joints are hurting, especially when Im curling.

Another 4 lweeks left on tren, gonna start shootin 500iu HCG twice a week up till PCT to keep my balls in check. Clomid at the end (Im not gonna risk Nolva now). What you other dudes runnin Tren doin for PCT?

Today is the first day I really seen some mega changes - 4.5 weeks in. My diet has been A1 for 6 weeks now, 2 cheat meals the whole time.

Im getting leaner and more vascular every day, doin some great work on my abs. Ive been trying to overtrain slightly - workin 6 days a week, each body part twice.

Shin pumps are killin me an cardio is shot. Gonna start doin some serious advanced stretches every session, I utilise a lot of yoga - find it dives great shape, blood flow and mobility.

I felt kinda bulky a week ago, shape not geat and excess fat. The winny is really startin to show as I lose fat. All good. Ill ask again bros - whats everyone doin PCT?
 
Feelin like shit today, probably because i ate steak and mashed potatoes and a salad last night at like 10pm. Had a dinner thing.. Gotta get back to it hard today..

Haha, I hate rest days! Man its hot in England as well right now. Im already thinking of my next cycle...I fancy some pharm grade var mid August!
 
Nice..i gotta figure out what I wanna do as well. I wanna give a rest from tren, but I got 2 more bottles of ace, a couple more bottles of sust, and some EQ. Hmm.. Gotta figure out how long is long enough to take off of tren.

lol how often you guys work out abs? I think Im at around 10% now, I can see abs but I know I gotta work em out more. The BF is coming off now, Im starting to do some cardio so now it will really go, just dont wanna overdo it cuz I stilll need to grow. My weight gains seemed to have balanced out with fat Im losing, I havent gained weight in a week and a half, but seemed to have been dropping bf...So I would think Im still gaining.. Wonder how my body will react when the tren stops and Im running just EQ and sust.

Bro 1g letro sounds crazy - it will ruin gains from AAS. Bomber is about to compete but otherwise i wouldnt risk it.

Aromasin is better for stgaying dry - just run 10mg ed

One thing that stood out was the difference in types of diets. Maybe post up what diet worked best for you for lean bulk .

To the guys running >-25 carbs dailly, are you putting on mass while droping off that fat?

What about the guys on 400 carbs/350-500 prot, are you still leaning out while putting muscle with tren?

i started my diet 10 weeks ago at 197lb.as of today im 184lb.thats 1.2lb a week,which is textbook.my arms measure exactly the same so that means i have gained or at least maintained muscle.by the way my arms are 23.5inches.(hahaha)that would be fucked up looking.this diet has worked for me.

One thing that stood out was the difference in types of diets. Maybe post up what diet worked best for you for lean bulk .

To the guys running >-25 carbs dailly, are you putting on mass while droping off that fat?

What about the guys on 400 carbs/350-500 prot, are you still leaning out while putting muscle with tren?

For the last 2 weeks, ive gained about 4-5lbs while cutting down bf significantly. Ive been trying to gain lbm while losing some bf and getting down below 10%. Right now Id say im right about at 10% with one stubborn area (lower abs, same as for most people). Ive been eating about 100g carbs per day, 150 at most but rarely. This weekend I had a birthday party for my grandma at an old school italian restaraunt in brooklyn and it was carb heaven basically. Im calling this weekend a wash now, although no real noticeable differences today. Had a football game this morning and played offense and defense, so i burned way more calories then ive taken in so far today, but as long as you eat massive protein, dont go crazy with carbs, tren will give you your lbm and keep your bf down. As for anything, better results with a better diet. Period.

So in terms of lean bulk, you think it would be better to go 400 prot,100 carb, higher fat than a typical 350 prot,400 carb, low fat? Im on the latter right now, 340 prot, 400 carb,60-80 fat at around 4500 cals dailly, all clean, brown rice and oatmeal for carbs. chiken, tuna, egg whits prot, split across 7 meals in the day.

Good carbs are important pre and post workout. But I wouldnt eat em any other time. A cup of oats in the am or something like that is ok, but other than that what I find that works best for me is high protein, moderate fats (good fats aka olives, nuts, natty peanut butter etc.) and lower carbs (good carbs only). Not sure how much you weigh, but 2-2.5 g of protein per lb body weight and if you figure out your bmr you know where to work with in terms of calories. Your split and content sound pretty good, i would lower the carbs tho.
