Did my Inclines today...

ok so i couldnt wait to go to the gym all day today....i was hyped and agressive all day lol...its my non roid rage lol...and i didnt hit my 10 reps...unfourtunatly...
only hit 8,7,6,6 but only 2 away isnt bad.....i only needed help on the 8th rep on the first set and help on the 7th in the second 6 and 6 in the 3rd and 4th...not bad i dont think...but I DONT CARE...im still hyped...im not stoppin for nothing
 
are you meaning to be back at the teen challenge??????????
or you just want everyone to know you did inclines .... well good
that a boy...... that a way to do them........

I dident know what else to say I am trying to positve
 
Props for enthusiasm if nothing else. If you aren't excited about your goals and progressing you won't go anywhere and 135 is on the way to all numbers that aren't less than 135. Compared to the average male running around the world, you have far surpassed him already.

The first and biggest rule in my book is don't worry about what others lift. Every single person had to start off somewhere, and I'm pretty sure they didn't start off with 315.

Take a serious look at your training after you've been in it for several weeks and ask yourself one question, Am I making reasonable gains? If the answer is yes then you're doing good, if the answer is no then look back and see what you can change in your training to get you going.
