Did legs yesterday and now

I need a butt rub! :p Heres how it went:


470# on Squat press
135# on Squats
175# Calf raises
100# leg curls

Roll out Lunges on ball/no weights


All three sets each of 8-12 reps

Talk about burning ass
 
yeah they were burning hot I tell ya...but you have to love the look on the guys faces when I slap on more weight then they were using......

Nope. Me and my drummer are pretty solid. We had a bass player/vocalist who decided he would rather stay home and record samples of his dog barking and turn it into a symphony.

Whatever turns his crank, I suppose.


FZ~We'd probably sound better with an air guitarist than with some of the hacks who have been coming out. lol
 
I think we need pics of the ass in question, to see if it is indeed burning.
Those weights are very impressive!

I did 155# on squats yesterday, no big deal though.
 
You stand in a lunge postion with one foot on a exercise ball and one out in front...kinda looks like a runners stretch (sp) but placing the top of your foot on the ball and you just roll the ball in and out with your foot so when you take in back your ina deep lunge position....great for the buns

My knees hurt just thinking about that.
