With all due respect bros, i will tell you something. Something that is realy pisng me off. Although thsi is a great board i more and more often find Bs posts here ( not talking about this one). Not ony idiotic posts but also ignorant and stupid anwsers by people who don tkno wwhat the fuck they are talking about. If you dont know wha tth efuck you are talkin about STFU. By the way this is not directed at anyone in this post. Now what does this have to do with this post. A whiel back i remember reading a thread about people askin gif it is ok to shoot into a flexed muscle. I remember a bunch of idiots( some plat) giving advice that this is ok bro.. This kin dof shit pisses me off bad...some one could ge thurt listening to these tools. What this has to do with this post. Everyone please make sure when you are shooting that the muscle is completely 100% relaxed and in a possition where it can not twitch.. i have been doing quad shots for a few years now excullisvely along with delts and never any probs when doing them corectly... If you shoot into a flexed muscle...you can 1. Break the pin...2. Fuc* up a nerve. 3. Cause damage to the muscle fibers. 4. Have the muscle twitch and loose teh damn pin in your arm and have to to to ER..FUN i think not. Now the same applies to quad shots and shoulder shots... gently massage the area for 30 seconds or so....wipe with sterile pad.....hold the leg or delt in a possition where it is completely relaxed and can not twitch by normal means( for example if you caugh, hear a doorbell ring, get startled)
Breaking a pin in your quad or delt is serious bussiness!!!
Now as for the bro who originaly posted this... this does not affect you..In my honest oppinion it sounds like you just hit a bad spot...soudn like you hit a vein going in..sometimes they hurt like a mofo..especially if you trickled juice with ba on the needle when pushing the fluid to the top... I have found that nerves ussualy give you a small uncomfortabel feeling as you near them...that is why i alway stake 10-15 seconds to fully insert the pin...i avoided a few nerves in my tiem using this method i learned from others.
Stay safe people.
and stay big
