did i eat enough????????

hey bros i am currently on a sust/ldex/clomid/hcg cycle

sust wks 1-1250mgs omna
wks 2-8 750mgs sust
ldex 1mg eod

now i have gained 10 lbs since starting cycle, i am currently on day 15, i started at 190lbs, 6ft, 13%bf, 15 days in i am 200lbs/dont think bf changed, i have a moderate metabolism

today i ate, and i am bulking:


11:00 huge plate of brown pasta, O.J., can of tuna
pro-55pro, 900cals

2:00 (i was supposed to workout right after this meal as u can probally tell, byt gf held me up;))25 grams whey protien/banana
25 prtn, 300 cals

3:00 (preworkout)can of tuna, o.juice, banana
30 prtn, 450cals

5:00- post workout- 4 scoops of n-large
50 prtn, 600 cals

6:30-brown bagel, can of tuna, juice
40 pro, 600 cals

9:00 baked chicken breast, brown bagel, juice
45 pro, 700 cals

11:00 2 cups of milk, chicken breats, banana
50 pro, 600 cals

2:00chicken tortelini, 2 cups of milk
35 pro 600 cal

4:30 chicken breast, 2 cups milk banana
50 pro, 600 cals

then i sleep for 8-11 hrs

=380 grms of protien, 5500 cals

does this sound like i am eating well. i have gained 10 lbs with l-dex, but with no noticeable bloat at all:) im guessing 60% water, 30% muscle, 10% fat

am i doing good bros?, input is appreciated

i would say you ate more food than a motherfucker. that usually means you ate a lot. although i try to get like 350 or more grams protein, but with the same calories as you described.

the more tuna i eat the better it tastes:confused: when i see my muscles grow, i know its all worth it, i actually quite enjoy eating tuna, juice, with a banana,

but u see bro, i dont eat the tuna , then banana, and then wash it down with O.j.

i eat the banana first then i put the tuna in my mouth and wash the tuna down every bite with o.j.:drink2: :drink2: :drink2: :drink2: :drink2:

its actually quite invigorating...LOL, j/k:)

thats a shit load of food. i never need to eat this much to see great gains. also i really only need about 150-200g protein a day to grow. ive done extreme protein amounts and didnt notice much of a difference. your blessed to be able to eat some much chicken of the sea though great source of nutrition but it doent agree with my very well.

5000 cals is definetly enouph for some1 who only weighs 200lb
