Hammerstrength machines will allowyou to do your heavy upperbodylifts with a broken foot, if someoen will load them up for you. Otherwise for many of them you will have to stick with cable type machines with a weight stack.
For thighs you are going to lose some mass, but do leg extentions, a variety of leg curls. You will not get the full benefit of doing squats and leg presses, however if you keep your frequincy high (hit thighs this way 3 times a week) and try diong heavy striping sets on teh machines you can maintain most of your thigh mass unless your foot heals.
