I am not going out yet... you guys can't leave C&C.

I'm on my way out...BBf I got some training questions for you...as you may know my foot is broken. I cannot squat or dl...no legs at all for 5 months. Sucks cause my pl numbers were getting respectable... What type of routine you suggest? What exercises? I just got back in the gym this week...I benched (difficult with one leg) and did back

Hammerstrength machines will allowyou to do your heavy upperbodylifts with a broken foot, if someoen will load them up for you. Otherwise for many of them you will have to stick with cable type machines with a weight stack.

For thighs you are going to lose some mass, but do leg extentions, a variety of leg curls. You will not get the full benefit of doing squats and leg presses, however if you keep your frequincy high (hit thighs this way 3 times a week) and try diong heavy striping sets on teh machines you can maintain most of your thigh mass unless your foot heals.

thanks obr...I think that leg press or curls might jar my foot, it's real fucking raw...I'm having surgery so I need to be carefull...dr said I wouldn't be squatting 'till xmas at least...any other pointers you got please tell me whenever it suits...

You might want to use those thigh abductor machines you only see women use. They can help hit some of the support muscles that are missed on the ext and curls that would normally be activated by squats and leg presses.
