This post is killing me!!!!!!! Honestly, I think the rule of thumb is if you are on the 10% side, (typically, 90% of people experience some penis growth from gear) you have to depend on the "site injection" method. I cannot remember what gauge of pin was recommended........... Was it 25 ga.? Tip or base of shaft? LOL
