hello mates , im going to run my first 3-4 weeks cycle of 20mg winstrol stanazolol caps / 40mg Dianabol caps ED , i have nolva for pct. i would appreciate if you guys could help to change doses as much as i dont need much side effects and help me to know if its a good cycle ?

You really really need to get your body fat down. 20% bf at 78kgs is a terrible condition to start aas. These tablets won't change your physique at all if you can't train it diet without them.

Moussa you need diet and training right now, that's it.....you're not ready to use AAS and d-bol/winstrol is asking for disaster...
