Dianabol spread

Heres my Dianabol spread.. anybody ever tried somethin like this? Thinkin it has the benefit of peak levels when you need it most as well as a fairly constant flow thoughout the day. Let me know what you think.

8am - 5mg
12pm -10mg
4pm - 15mg
5pm - workout
9pm - 10mg

Also doing test enan @ 625mg for 12 weeks and some winstrol tabs to finish up. Thanks bros
 
I like how they are spaced about every 4 hours. I personally do something similar but stay with four 10mg doses.
 
8and20 is right bro. Keep them at 10mg per/dose. Needing peak levels at wo time is somewhat of a myth. You need constant blood levels for health reasons but you need the dosage spread out evenly for the purpose of growth and recuperation as well.
 
Definitely split them every four hours. Keep the dosage the same. Your body will benefit more from stable levels in your system. Remember, muscle grows when it is resting.

To increase the pump, etc. take a supp like AMP02 or something.

Also, if I take dbol after 7pm, I have a hard time sleeping
 
Man!!! For a second I thought this was some new type of dianabol paste to spread on bread. (like anchovy paste) ;)

But yea.. I kind of do the same thing as you where I take a bit more an hour before a training session but I don't know if it really makes a difference to be honest.

Like the guys above said, keep the blood levels as steady as possible.

The 4 X 10 seems to be the most practical.

As much as i believe in spliting it up, i got lazy at the end and popped them at 6:00 am, i go to the Gym at 10:15 ED, so i justified it with thinking my blood levels were highest at the Gym..... :rolleyes:
