good advice... eat like a mofo 6-7 meals a day and if u cant eat all hard meals drink some of them.
 
yeah...i havent heard the greatest things about d-bol....i would start with test e...not to frequent of injections...and everyone gets great gains from it....good luck buddy
 
I was in the same boat as you. When I graduated High School, I was 5'11" and weighed 115lbs soaking wet. You don't get much respect when you are that small as I am sure you can agree. I wanted to change so I worked my ass off in the gym when I got to college. Even when I look back now, I didn't make huge gains for a LONG time. Guys like us are hard-gainers. I would eat my ass off...literally ate so much I felt I was going to puke and felt uncomfortable all day. STILL could not gain mass amount of weight. I eventually leveled off at about 160 Lbs natural after several years. Still wasn't good enough for me so I did a 13 week cycle of Test-E. I put on 30 lbs in about 4-5 weeks. I absolutely loved it. I have been off the cycle for about 3 months now and I am still about 180-185 lbs. The only regret I have is not doing the cycle about 3 years ago.

There is a lot of great advice on this site. I would take information from these guys LONG before any personal trainer. You get a wide array of information from different sources.

I would recommend working out for a bit longer and get your muscles adapted to the weights before jumping into a cycle. Another month or two....have at er if your comfortable. Stick to injectables and not oral steroids for now. You might think its more of a pain in the ass (literally) but its cleaner and easier on your body too.

anyhow, it saddens me your trainer would recommend that. As a professionsal he should be better informed. you need to follow one rule.

1: Eat Big, Train Big, Get Big

thats it...@ your size EAT everything....not a moment should go by in your waking life where you do not absolutely feel stuffed with food. hell even when you are training bring a big goddamn shake with you and drink it throughout the workout. rest 5 minutes between sets and train your ass of with heavy weights and proper form. Give it time man, you will improve.

Eff the Drugs for now...spend the money of food.
 
Dude I was in a similar boat..if your really a hard gainer you might have to eat dirty to put on weight...dont be afraind to slam down two big macs at a time...go to wendy's and get the classic triple with extra cheese.....eating clean is great..and if you can put down 5000 calories clean do it then top it off with 3000 dirty...
