Dianabol - my first time

hey wats up to everybody... well i'll like to know how many dianabol capsules hav to take dialy because i dont know about this, its my first time taking steroids.. im 19 years old so im just trying dianabol(capsules).. my goal is get bigger, loose fat and ripp my body.. please help me and if u can give me a routine of exercises dat will be very kool.. thanx

50 mgs of dbol gets the job done. but it wont get you ripped if anything it'll put some water weight on you.
 
Forget the Dianabol and use the training forum to find yourself a good strength-based training program if growth is your goal. Dbol is a poor choice at this time.

I recommend you get your ass on a solid diet and training regimen.

Stats? ...height, weight, bodyfat %, years training?

why is it that at 19 you need steriods. If the gurus are telling you that don't do then what the hell makes you think that this is not only not good for you, but might actually be bad for you.

Besides that your knowledge of steriods seem very limited.

Go work out you fag. Everyone here that seem to be flaming you are actually your friends. They are being nice to you!

I'm not going to spoon feed you.

Go to the diet and training forums and read everything... stick around here for about 6 months... absorb all the knowledge you can.

5'9 152... you can put on tons of weight naturally. Especially at 19!

Spend your money on steak, chicken, eggs, potatoes... pizza, everything... if your naturally pretty lean... you can get away with eating some crappy food more often than not to get the calories in.

It depends on what your looking for... or the reasons to use it really...

any time protein (not around lifting time) I'd recommend Milk Protein Isolate/Egg white protein... something like that.

And Whey isolate for around workout time..

but you shouldn't really be bothered with that stuff right now... you just need to start eating a lot more than you do now and start lifting progressively.

thanx man but da reason i wanna take steroids its because of me.. not because sumbody told me to do it.. its just because i wanna look better and feel gud wit my body.. ive been trainin for 1 year and a half and my body doesnt hav too much changes ... if u can help me ill appreciate it but if u cant its aite ill understand... thanx

and just eat ALOT, get your protein in from meats, eggs, milk.. I guarantee you'll grow and see MAJOR changes if you follow it to a "T"

Pretend the 5 meals a day you eat is like Thanksgiving... and you won't be able to eat alot right away, you'll build up to it over time.

It's almost idiot proof. Check youtube vids for form and the training forum also has more links.
 
To have stalled after just one and a half years simply means that you don't know how to train effectively yet. Go to the training forum and take a look at the strength-based programs. Take read on this site, pretty much for as much time as you can spare: http://www.geocities.com/elitemadcow1/table_of_contents_thread.htm

You could consider the Intermediate program on that site and run a log on the training forum. You'll make gains that you never thought possible. Once you know how to grow naturally, you are in a better position to consider gear. By then you might also have done enough research to come up with better than a dbol-only cycle.

For sure... gotta speak the language, though spanish is spoken alot, in metropolitan areas.

Thanks man... I've worked my ass off.

No AAS either... yet. I'm pleased with the progress I make, and unless I want to compete on stage or use HRT someday I'm content.

Genetics.

Squat, Deadlift, Bench... get big numbers on those lifts and get your bodyweight up around 190 lbs. That will add a few inches to your arms.

Just by looking at your pics I have a feeling you are not giving it your all in the gym, and your diet is poor. Get those two things in check first, also are you kin to NeedTo? :)

We could all guess what you looked like from your height and weight for the most part, and you said you did MMA... so you were obese, especially at 150lbs.

Best advice I can give you is get on a good diet and get your training in shape. I do MMA, and I can tell you bro - you need more mass and less bodyfat. Work on leaning out and packing on some mass...you can easily do this naturally.
 
no, no, that was a typo. my fault. we knew you were NOT obese and probably "skinny-fat" is what i was saying... anyway... hit up the 5x5 you'll be pleased with the results i'm sure if you stick with it for 8 weeks at least.
 
eat til you feel like youre gonna burst, then eat some more!! and lift heavy! forget steroids for now you're too young, and dbol only is shit anyway, anyone will tell you that. train hard, eat lots of protein and good carbs and you'll see good results.

I never understood why everyone always said dbol alone, or any oral alone, is a bad choice and dangerous...can't be any worse than combing it with juice.
 
Trust me on this, d-bol sucks. What you really need is dianasaurbol. 35mg/day spread into 5 doses w/meals. Trust me, you'll get huge off of this stuff.

Wrong forum man, goto the Weight Lifting Forum for the lifting advice, and goto the Power Lifting Forum for eating advice. I'm not being mean, you said you have been at the gym for a year and a half, but doing what, running on the track?

I'm getting ready to turn 23 here soon and I'm not even considering steriods till I have at least one year of good training regime under my belt. I'd love to do a cycle to help me cut down faster but I can do it naturally first. You're young which happens to come with two things. 1) You will naturally grow fast enough 2) Too dumb to know number (1) which everyone here is telling you.
 
man i had the same problem....but your 19 and at that age you basically have natural steroids in your body its growing that fast. So use that up so it doesnt go to waste then when you hit 21+ or whatever go ahead take juice.

If you juice now, your going to take a stupid cycle like ur "Dbol only" cycle. cuz ur scared of the side effects and stun your grown..etc. Once your older you can take a good strong cycle and not go to waste.

If you want good results take some creatine. NO explode will get you bigger, i've tried it and recommend it to all my friends who take suppliments.

If you take working out seriously you'll see gains, eat hard and work hard, its worth it in the end bro.

OMG just take the advice of these guys im here for the same reasons as you are and i take all there advice into consideration and do my homework i have made great gains so far without the use of ass as of yet. just by listening and reading through this forum.just take their advice kid you dont want to do a screwed up cycle and hurt yourself. Everyone knows what its like to be 19 always impulsive and wanting that quick fix but it comes with hard work dedication and time my friend. you should know this being a wrestler. all in all just do your homework.
 
I will have to agree with all of these guys bro. I was naturally skinny and had gains but not awesome ones. Finally I got older and more mature and realized I needed to eat A LOT more and cleaner foods as well.

Ill say it simple... EAT BIG TO GET BIG. I was about 120lbs when I started and now at age 21 I am 5'9 183.5lbs. I was stuck at a bodyweight of 160. Asked a huge guy at the gym and he looked at me like he had seen a ghost and his answer was...dude you gotta diet.

Started dieting and took a natural test booster and went from about 160 to 180 but I was eating about 2-3lbs of red meat a week or so. I eat natural peanut butter out of the can and sometimes I wake up at 3 am and go eat a scoop or two. Its like crack to a crack head man its got good fats in it unless someone else lied to me awhile back. But if you don't bust your ass and you don't diet then you won't ever see your true potential. What will happen is you will just start poppin pills and shootin up with w/e sort of steroid you can get your hands on then you are gunna likely end up in jail for bein dumb about obtaining them or your gunna end up in the ER or dead from doing something stupid.

These guys know A LOT more than I do but I will say from personal experience from training for about 2 years or a little more and eating pizza and cookies I didnt get shit compared to a good year of eating tons of clean food and bustin my ass. My only regret is that I wish I had gotten smarter about it sooner.
 
GET ON 100% Whey gold standard I use it and im sure tons of others do its the best ive ever used remmeber its not a fucking wonder thing its not liek that its a dietary supplement the best time to use it is right away after you lift yuse 2 scopps 40g's then gradually increase it eat alot of carbs after your workout clean ones complex and fibourus
 
When I take my protien shakes I take 3 per day. I try to obtain a lot of protien from whole foods. Some people go shake crazy and think that those shakes are a replacement from obtaining protien from whole foods. I enjoy a scoop in the morning with milk, a scoop pre workout and a scoop before I go to bed. To my knowledge your body really starts the growing process hardcore when you are sleeping. Correct me if I am wrong but that was my understanding from asking various people throughout the years. Protien is a good base supp dude I always have some sort of shake included in my regimen. Sometimes you are on the go and a quick shake can be better than nothing BUT do not use it as a replacement and think you can get all your protien from WHEY protien powders and eat pizza and drink beer all the time. You'll be dissappointed.

I was in high school I trained my ass off with my teams all three seasons soccer/xc, bball, baseball and that was it. All we did was eat tons of bad food, party and chase pussy all day/night. REASEARCH before posting!!! and thats coming from a newbie to this forum!

Yeh man you def dont wanna stunt your growth. Which steroids can do at such a young age. I am 21 and I may not even start a cycle till im like 25+ but im not sure you really need to wait that long.

I dont know that much but I know you will see sick ass results when you start cramming clean foods down the throat even when you arent hungry.
