diagnosis please with these symptoms

sharp sometimes dull pain right side lower back area no energy this week been realy tired,frequent urination but not burning or any discomfort .When i go to bed i toss and turn because the pain gets worse last two nights been taking 2 pain pills so i can sleep pain free.Im seeing the doc in the morning its got me a little worried . Diet is clean two protien shakes a day last cycle was about 4yrs ago.

Fevers? Does the pain come and go? Any blood in your urine?

Two concerns: pyelonephritis (kidney infection) or renal calculus (kidney stone).

Of course without a physical exam, urinalysis, and taking the history in person, I cannot say this is what you have. This isn't meant to be medical advice.

No fever sometimes the pain is more or less just real tired all of a sudden.
