okay im currently on a diet where im trying to lose my gut but keep and hopefully add more muscle at the same time. im wondering if i should be doing dextrose post workout like everyone else is saying they do. some questions - what exactly is dextrose, and what is the point of it. how much is it. whats the suggested dose, and suggested way to take it and with what. whats the best and cheapest place to get it etc. thanks for the help.
