Dextrose/ grams per cup????

Does any one know how many grams of dextrose ( corn sugar )
are in a cup?

I dot have scales to weight it.

Thats kinda an akward question. Where did you get the dextrose from. Proteinfactory.com's dextrose is 40 grams per third of a cup. Supplementdirect's dextrose is 75 grams per third of a cup. Dont ask me why, as I have no idea how since they both say pure dextrose and the measurements are different.

I have a scale and I measured out 1/3 cup of Supplementdirect's dextrose and it turns out to be ~50g. I believe there is a thread about this a while ago in this board....

EXACLTY!! Thats what I'm saying. Something is up, although I don't know what. I just stick with proteinfactory's. They say its 40 grams of dextrose per third of a cup. Its worked for me for awhile. That and rolls of sweet tarts.
