developing more strength

what do you guys feel would be the best approach to gaining strength in one particular lift.....as fast as possible? (reps, sets, percentages, how many days, etc.)
if anyone out there has had good success with any particular programs, please fill me in. thanks.
(btw - the particular lift i am speaking of is the snatch).
thanks again.

Man, we need more info because everyone is different. It has alot to do with how you are built and how advanced you are in you're training.

good point

i am 6'3" about 230 and 10% b.f. (roughly)
bench around 355, squat around 450 (maybe).
my coach is introducing me to doing these "explosive type" movements. i have always done basically a "bodybuilding style" rountine. so needless to say, I am somewhat in the dark as far as how to incorporate this lift into my program to get the best results....as i am sure that it's approach is different than most "stretching and squeezing" type movements. i figured that this would be the place to ask about it..........hope that this helps.
