Hey all,
This being my first post I'd like to thank everyone that posts on this board, I've learned a lot in my few weeks here
I have a question about ab development ... my abs are pretty bad in terms of shape: It looks like I have a five-pack with one side looking normal and the other side having a huge top ab and a normal sized bottom one. I don't work them out a lot, so that could be part of the problem, but the reason I don't work them out is because I think I'm exercising them the wrong way and would worsen their shape.
Is this just a genetics problem? Are there exercises that isolate different parts of the ab muscle so that I can sort of even them out?
Thanks a lot, any advice is greatly appreciated.
