Alright you knuckleheads lol im seriously revamping the training come january..im thinking of WSB for lower and metal militia for bench..Ive got a problem i train alone and there are none, zero, zip PL'ers at my gym nor is there anyone i would trust to train consistently with other than my brother and he has a serious back injury and wont be lifting anytime soon..my question is if im alone is there something i can do inplace of board work..would varying heights in the rack work just as well? this isnt a pussy excuse not to do boards trust me id love to do em and have people look at me like im f'in nuts..same way they do when i squat and they come running over asking are you ok? i thought you were stuck down there and hurt!!! lol and lastly i know one needs to practice in a shirt but im not sure if im ready for one, should i just drop that out of the routine on the second day? thnx for any help fellas!!!!!

i seriously believe boards are too invaluable to drop. find the most hardcore person in your gym at the time you are doing boards, or the floor attendant/supervisor (they are usually required to help) to hold the boards. also your brother could hold the boards, it won't effect his back

it's too hard for me to explain, but rack work is no substitute for board work. boards replicate the bench at different heights better than racks, due to your muscles staying flexed and under tension

shirt work isn't necessary if you don't plan on competing with a shirt, so yeah drop it

thnks bro..i value your opinion and ill definitely try to work something out..thnx again!!!

You must spread some Karma around before giving it to Devastation again.
