I will be at the Ren Cen the 1st of March and would like to raise hell in Motown. Does anybody know where the bars are nowadays? In Detroit, up Woodward, wherever, lead me Obi-Wan,......... if you tell me, I will go.......How about an Elite Throwdown in Motown?

bar scene seems decent in pontiac, but remember that its winter and these fucking cows have been grazing all season.

LMAO! Oh my god. Poor cows. I used to live in Clawson, 14 and Main. Worked in Berkley at the pool. I was too young to drink then and they would have changed anyway so I had to post. I heard Pontiac was hotter but also a dangerous town now. Who else is from Detroit? Pauly and Azia, you, me, basement dweller but I'm not sure he posts anymore here.

pontiac isnt dangerous, its like any city... the loop area is well manned with cops.

i grew up there. Ton of places to go, just depends on how far you wanna drive and what your scene is. if you like techno check out Space in downtown Det. there's several more but their names escape me now. they're all pretty close in proximity. if you hit Royal Oak there's a decent place called Woody's...or is it Wild Woody's? anywho its there and decent. Also a bar called Sky Bar/Club, its more dance. Pontiac has a strip of bars that are pretty tight. I think there's Have a Nice Day cafe which can be great when its not seventies night. Just down that same strip is a bar........shit.......something like "Tiki Bar" there's a name attached i'm just too tired to think that hard. Clutch Cargo is in Pontiac and that USED to be a great dance club, but has since gone down hill. Clientle is rather ugly.
