Hey guys. I am in desperate need of some advice. I am about 4 weeks into a sust/dbol cycle. Everytime I go to run my focking calves/shins swell up and hurt like hell to the point where I can't even run a mile. I know other people have had this problem, my question is, is there anything I can do to help this besides stretching/warmup/and some ibuprofen? I need to know bc rugby season starts soon and I'm gonna have to be able to run like 5 miles on end and at this rate I can't even finish one. Thanks so much in advance.
