41 y.o professional. Stats: 6'00", 190 lbs. approx 10% bf. I am fit and have been training for years. Bench:315, run 3 miles in under 18 minutes, know how to train and diet. I have used gear in the past with varying results. Looking to shed some fat and gain some additional strength and endurance. Do not want to gain more than 10-15 lbs. I am a climber and too much added weight is a hindrance.
Thinking of test cyp @ 400 a week for 10 weeks.. Want to use Deca for my joints but scared about sexual side effects. Maybe Var at 40 mgs a day throughout or Oral winny at 50 mgs ed for last 6 weeks. Not sure about PCT. Any advice is welcome.
