Dermatherm, Dermacrine Sustain trial run

Ok guys, I was reading through Ironclaws cutting log and it looked like a lot of guys wanted to see what Dermatherm could do without the gear, since I was planning on doing this anyway I will keep a log.

Here is the plan:

Supplements:

Dermatherm: 10 pumps after morning shower
Dermacrine Sustain: 4 pumps after morning shower
Exenadrine: This is the new version, it's basically green tea and yerba matte extracts, just in an easy to swallow pill, I will pop 2 of these in the morning
Coffee: I usually drink a cup or 2 of coffee in the morning, but I do this everyday anyway, so no difference.
Green Tea: I drink 2-4 cups of green tea throughout the workday, again nothing new.
Hoodia: I am taking one cap in the morning, probably one at noon as well.

Excersize:

My excersize consists of a conditioning class 2 days per week, running 2 miles twice a week and some long walks with the prego wife plus a heavy bag punching and kicking class. That is the goal at least, right now my stamina isn't there and this conditioning class is very intense, so I am not making all those workout times, I will report how it goes.

Diet:

My diet isn't set in stone but it consists of eggs, cottage cheese, pineapple, bananas, spinach/tomato/mushroom salads, chicken breast, lots of broccoli/brussel sprouts/zuchinni/coliflower, protien shakes, peanut butter on wheat toast, steak, etc... thats if I don't binge on crap on the weekends, but I will try to keep it clean.

I took before pics last night, I will post those soon. I am in need of some cutting right now as you will all soon see. Just got back from honeymoon and wedding stress, I gained a good 5 pounds all told in those 2-2.5 weeks. I wiegh about 230-232 right now, my scale at home sucks though so I am going to get a new one that is a little more acurrate and then report a true starting weight. Today is day 2, I will report below results so far.
 
July 12th, Day 1:

Overall:
Not too much to report for day 1, I was real sore from an earlier workout and worked late so no workout. I definitely felt a body temperature increase, especially late in the day, and so did my wife. I actually felt pretty tired and hot, it kind of felt like the thermogenic was burning me up and taking the calories, that and I ate a lot at lunch, so maybe that had something to do with it. I was actually hot to the point that it kind of interfered with work, when I got stressed it made me really sweat despite my office being held at about 70 degrees. However I slept like a baby, went to bed at 10 (earliest in weeks) and in the morning felt incredibly rested despite gettin up at 6 am (earliest in weeks)


Diet:
Definitely hot all day, had a toffee almond bar after lunch (i feel like i'm at confession, forgive me elitefitness for I have sinned) but other than that I ate really clean.

Supps:
I also didn't take much of the usual stimulants I take (exanadrine, tea, coffee), I think something like that is key to keep you going with the dermatherm. I also didn't take the hoodia, but I will start taking both from now on.
 
Day 3

The first thing I have noticed is that 10pm I am ready to sleep. I used to stay up to 12 or 1, even 2, but now I am ready for bed at 10. I hope this means my body is burning more calories. However I have been waking up, feeling totally rested at 6 or 7. Even today (saturday) I woke up at 7:30 ready to go, so sleep has been great. Today I noticed more redness and heat than yesterday. The redness and heat after application has increased each day.

Supps: Yesterday I took way too many stims and felt weak for it and got a little too wired, today I am going to go easy on the coffee. Other than that I felt good yesterday, but we will see tommorow how this treats me when I work out.

Excersize: This week has been crazy with long hours at work and only 1 workout, I probly won't hit the gym till Sunday since today is the wifes B-Day.

hey bro, I think this is a good thing you are doing. Just keep your diet in check throughout this trial run and continue to take your supplements that you listed in the beginning of this thread. You are right about staying hot all day and night long. For me, I noticed a body temp increase after using the dermatherm. Are you sweating more than usual at night? Keep up with this log, as there are a lot of people who are interested in seeing how Dermatherm works without the addition of any anabolics. Stay in touch. later.

Day 4-5

So far this thread should be retitled "Can Dermacrine Sustain and Dermatherm work without diet and excersize". The weekend was horrible. Saturday no workout and crappy food, sunday more crappy food and I was about to resign to simple truth that I am lazy and worthless when I forced myself to go on a run. I was running for a couple months before my honeymoon, and I got up to being able to do 2 miles, but the few times I tried more I never got past 2 1/3 miles. So sunday I decided I would make this an easy run and not care about how fast I went, but just get 2 miles in. After the first mile I wasn't tired and I felt really good, so I increased my pace, a lot. I had the wife time me and after 7 laps (5 laps is a mile on this track) I was at 13 minutes, thats when I sped up. After the next 4 laps I was at 18:46, I still felt good, so I did 4 more. I ended up doing a 3 mile run, the farthest I have ran in years, without the usual out of breath pain, and I did it in 25:56, thats 3 8:39 second miles, the amazing thing is it never hurt. That is amazing for me. I think it must be a combination of me relaxing and not worrying about time, my pretty new asics running shoes, and the resveratrol in the sustain. I don't know what dermatherm would do to help stamina but all I know is my cardiovascular endurance is through the roof after 2 weeks with 1 workout.

Diet: Horrible, this week I will straighten it out, but I don't want to talk about the weekend.

Excersize: just the run sunday night, and the previous monday I had a conditioning class. Tonight (monday 16th) I will do conditioning again and hit it hard this week.

Supplements: same as before, i still feel the dermatherm, keeps the temp up and makes me red, nothing more to report here. The sustain seemed to give me better stamina and sexual drive is slightly increased but nothing phenominal to report.
 
It's funny, I posted a thread a few weeks ago that said I will be testing Dermatherm with NO other sups. I just want to set the record straight about Derma products. I'm not getting paid by Primordial Performance at all. I used to be a skeptic of any derma product until I used sustain for pct comming off a 16 wk test enenthate cycle. I loved the sustain and from now on the word clomid is never to be used by this bro again. Lots of people talk shit about derma products and they have never even tried them. I will keep a VERY accurate log and will have pics posted. Primordial Performance did send me one more bottle of Demratherm at no cost in addition to the one that I had bought a few weeks ago. I'll be starting the new thread soon.....so keep watching bros!!

I'm rooting for you but c'mon man clean up the diet bro.
Don't do the same old same old and expect a different result. If you keep doing what you're doing you will keep getting what you're getting.

ps. I doubled my run when I got new shoes too. (top of the line Saucony)
