Ok guys, I was reading through Ironclaws cutting log and it looked like a lot of guys wanted to see what Dermatherm could do without the gear, since I was planning on doing this anyway I will keep a log.
Here is the plan:
Supplements:
Dermatherm: 10 pumps after morning shower
Dermacrine Sustain: 4 pumps after morning shower
Exenadrine: This is the new version, it's basically green tea and yerba matte extracts, just in an easy to swallow pill, I will pop 2 of these in the morning
Coffee: I usually drink a cup or 2 of coffee in the morning, but I do this everyday anyway, so no difference.
Green Tea: I drink 2-4 cups of green tea throughout the workday, again nothing new.
Hoodia: I am taking one cap in the morning, probably one at noon as well.
Excersize:
My excersize consists of a conditioning class 2 days per week, running 2 miles twice a week and some long walks with the prego wife plus a heavy bag punching and kicking class. That is the goal at least, right now my stamina isn't there and this conditioning class is very intense, so I am not making all those workout times, I will report how it goes.
Diet:
My diet isn't set in stone but it consists of eggs, cottage cheese, pineapple, bananas, spinach/tomato/mushroom salads, chicken breast, lots of broccoli/brussel sprouts/zuchinni/coliflower, protien shakes, peanut butter on wheat toast, steak, etc... thats if I don't binge on crap on the weekends, but I will try to keep it clean.
I took before pics last night, I will post those soon. I am in need of some cutting right now as you will all soon see. Just got back from honeymoon and wedding stress, I gained a good 5 pounds all told in those 2-2.5 weeks. I wiegh about 230-232 right now, my scale at home sucks though so I am going to get a new one that is a little more acurrate and then report a true starting weight. Today is day 2, I will report below results so far.
