Dermatherm Before

I started wit hthe Derma therm yesterday..immediately as I am putting this stuff on my skin turns RED!!! SCARY ya not really warm feeling after a second..Then I start liking it...dries up goes away. My whole body is feeling hotter since I started the "cutting stack that Primordial Performance Sells" Skin is tighter right now it very well might be my imagination that I am getting slight change in how my muscles are showing.

I am not saying that's a loss in fat more of a tightening effect. Energy is GOOOOOOOOD!!!!! For some reason I really do run at a higher temperature..Not literaly as in take my temp it's higher..I feel like I am radiating heat and someone I hang out with alot mentioned it as well as someone I just met (hot muay thai girl )

PS while I am at it...recommendations on improvements? I'm stupidly self conscious about my shape so some feedback is appreciated. I am organizing my structured workout based on my weaknesses and will be recording and posting my workout routine that will be customized based on percieved weakness and genetic strengths.
