I believe I could have pinpointed the effects better if I had not started AmplifyO2 at the same time. Therefore I don't want to give my opinion until I see the saliva test results. How long should I wait to take the saliva test? It's been two days off so far. Thanks.

There is sharp dip in hormone levels 3-7 days after quiting the original derma, with a sharp increase above baseline within a week. So, now that your off the derma, Id wait about 3 weeks to retest to get a more acurate evaluation.

When did you do the first saliva test?

The morning before starting Derma (so about a month ago). I had it in the fridge for awhile and finally sent it in.

you should have tested it during use then to show that it was raising your test levels...or even before if youre levels were low and after to show they are back to normal like I did.as of right now you really have nothing to go by as far as if it raised your test or not.know what I mean you have no before test don do you.

lol I'm the one who hasn't said anything about it, haven't gotten a chance to use it yet, this weekend I'm going to start though. Will definitely keep an updat on it, haven't heard anything but good things about it (except for the guy who wrote this thread)

agreed....reminds me of all those AIFM threads that used to be around. Not saying that both of them don't work so don't bash me! You guys get touchy about these things. Too much Clomid :p
