I don't know about Derma since I haven't started using it yet but Alpha Sustain is THE FUCKEN SHIT! This stuff is like fucken viagra and I am conviced it helps with testicular atrophy. I didn't think I had any mainly because I wasn't paying attention to it but I have noticed a dramatic increase in my mangerines. Oh yeah it makes you as randy as 18 year old boy in an all girls school haha.
