depression is part of it for some bro. Dont let it get you down if you start having bad thoughts see a doctor and talk to them about meds. There is a difference though in being depressed and feeling lethargic. It will get better bro, just keep moving forward.

theres no reason to do juice at your age
right now your body is producing some of the higest amts of natural test you will get for the rest of your life

stop the cycle, get your nuts back, train,go to college, get a degree, get established then think about it if you are still into bodybuilding then

If you feel depressed for something going in your life, share it with us! nothing is so bad as it looks. There's always a way for everything.
