Arimidex on cycle seems to work well for keeping my "moods" balanced fairly well (by keeping estrogen low enough)
I've have yet to use Aromasin...

I think excessive estrogen is largely the cause of mood fluctuations in steroid users (kind of my own theory)...But it seems credible

The problem here..and I'm sure the vets ( me )agree, that the culprit are 2 things. Estrogen and prolactin. Your taking Deca? You need Dos! You've been taking Dbol and Test? You need an anti-estro of some sort or anti-aromatze. But wait up! What are you dosages again??? Have you taken a little bit of HCG along the way here and there during the cycle? Could be your diet that is fucking you up too you know! Are you getting good sleep?

St. John's Wort is a good natural over-the-counter anti-depressant. I dont know who suggested valium for an Anti-D but do not listen to him.

I have a long history of Depression, and I get it bad when on test. Start with
500mg/day and go up the dosage until you feel something that works.

If you have insurance go see a good doc, I stress good doc because most of them really suck. Most are modern day drug dealers.

hey, im on week 10 of a test/deca/dbol cycle, and Im getting sorda depressed. I have ups then downs really really fast. Is there anything I can buy with out prescription that will help me.

Or anything that most sources have...thanks.

Ups and downs is not depression. Its more like you need a mood stabilizer like depakote. Altho you need to see a doc for anything here in the US, why trouble if your prolly gonna be fine after the cycle. These drugs take some time to start working and need alot of time to taper down, so its mostly gonna be a waste of your time, money and hope.
