I have a question regarding the depletion workouts on a CKD. Due to time contraints, a 2+ hour workout on friday just is not possible for me. Instead, I was considering performing a split that looks like:
Monday: chest/shoulders/tri's - low reps, heavy
Tuesday: legs/back/bi's - low reps, heavy
Wednesday: cardio
Thursday: chest/shoulders/tri's - high reps, light, short rest intervarls
Friday: Legs/back/bi's - high reps, light, short rest intervals
carb up
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks again
