depletion workouts on CKD

I have a question regarding the depletion workouts on a CKD. Due to time contraints, a 2+ hour workout on friday just is not possible for me. Instead, I was considering performing a split that looks like:

Monday: chest/shoulders/tri's - low reps, heavy
Tuesday: legs/back/bi's - low reps, heavy

Wednesday: cardio

Thursday: chest/shoulders/tri's - high reps, light, short rest intervarls
Friday: Legs/back/bi's - high reps, light, short rest intervals
carb up

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks again
 
You could

a) do only one day of carb up and do you depletion workout on Saturday. Most people, including myslef think two days is too much. One day a week will help you reach your goals faster.

b)change your diet so it begins on tuesday or wednesday instead of monday.

c) skip the depletion workout. I don't think it is really essential.
