Denial?

2 much sodium, and trans fat not 2 mention total fat, you can make your own using chunks of white chicken rolled in a whole grain flour like oats or something, google for a recipe.
 
holy shot I could tolerate the fat and the carbs but look at the sodium and the cholesterol!!
 
Where I live, they sell them 20 for a $1.00 in the city town store. I usually buy a couple of them and then whenever the urge comes upon me... I lay into them with some ketchup or maybe some bbq.... don't eat them a lot though, unhealthy
 
ya 50 grams of fat is bad fat is not worth the 50 grams of protien,,, just get the grilled chicken sandwich with out the mayo... thats salty to but not as bad..

as far as roman noodles..get the ones that are not flavored with the salty shit... boil um and ad just a toch of chili powder then throw in some chick of beef and they are pretty good on a budget

the fat slobs that order a
double quater punder with cheese 740 calories
large fries 570 calories
llarge coke 310 calories
then a m &m mcflurry for desert 620 calories

grand total 2250 calories.... oh and we forgot they want it " super sized"
so its prob closer to 3000 calories.... (btw mcds wont give the super size nutrition content...)

throw in sodium and welcome to the fat ,,, I mean fast food america!!!

sorry to bust your bubble but its not "SUPER SIZE" anymore.... ever since that movie supersize me... its now just large I believe
 
i imagine would loose weight (prolly muscle) if all i ate was mcdonalds three times a day.... that my metbolism....

on my cheat day, im eating nothing but chicken md nuggets, to the point that i never crave them ever again. lol
